In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required.

Please note: If you have a question about how to use SuperSync and you'd like our help, please use the SuperSync Send a suggestion/bug report feature in the Tools menu. This way we'll be able to see how you have your libraries set up and know which version and platform you're running.
